Aluminum Circular Saw UK 650 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 650 HA is an “upcut” machine and is primarily used for cutting profile materials made of aluminum castings, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials possible to a limited extent). The machine stands out for its straightforward handling, quick and convenient material changes, and easy miter angle adjustment. The UK 650 HA offers a continuously adjustable miter range of up to 20° left and right (swivel range of 2 x 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button, and material clamping is performed by two pneumatically controlled vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. Standard equipment includes a minimum-quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. The machine is equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Additionally, it can be optionally fitted with a digital miter angle display, a laser marking system, and pneumatic guard lifting.

Working Process:
1. Set the cutting angle
2. Insert the material
3. Adjust the feed speed
4. Move clamping cylinders up to 20 mm from the material
5. Clamp the material
6. Press the START button to prepare the machine
7. Press and hold both SAW buttons; the material is cut
8. After the cycle, release the SAW buttons and press the STOP button
9. Open the clamp and remove or advance the material
