Function:
The machine features a silo with agitator. In each of the 4 corners of the storage silo, there is a vertical screw which compresses the material downwards into the press chamber.

The machine operates with two cylinders, each pressing in two directions (either when the cylinder moves forward or retracts). This results in 4 briquette outlets, each with 6 individual briquettes.

Small to medium quantities of wood shavings, which are produced in various sectors of the processing industry (mainly wood, biomass, and more), can be optimally compacted. The small Ø 30mm format offers an attractive alternative. Unlike our traditional briquettes, these can be automatically fed into industrial combustion systems. In addition to wood, various other materials can also be processed without issue (various biomass and agricultural residuals).
