A unique device for applying pretreatment liquid prior to textile printing. Thanks to the application area size (40x60 cm), it is especially suitable for DTG printers such as M2, M3, M4, and also for machines with a smaller print area such as R-Jet, Brother GT3, Anajet, TexJet, etc.

Key advantages include the fact that it does not require a compressor. The machine is equipped with four independent, adjustable nozzles (ideal for applying liquid to a small area, such as left-chest logo prints). Full area 40x60 cm is sprayed in 4.5 seconds. Spray area length is adjustable in 2 cm increments (2 - 60 cm). Large, clear LCD display. Five programmable settings for spray area and liquid volume. High efficiency and productivity.

PRETREATmaker IV

is a top-class device designed for professional pretreatment liquid application on textiles. It features an advanced electronic system for high performance and simplified operation during textile pre-treatment. The intuitive color touchscreen allows easy adjustment of spray width, length, and precise spray volume. Each of the four nozzles can be operated independently.

This enables precise control of the pretreatment area for solutions (Dupont Artistri, Image Armor, Brother, etc.) and saves significant liquid compared to manual application with an air/pressure gun. Spray length can be set in 2 cm intervals via the touchscreen. There are 10 adjustable levels for controlling the applied liquid volume.

The PRETREATmaker IV also features an automated nozzle cleaning process (approx. 12 ml per hour), keeping nozzles clear and preventing drying or clogging.
