UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially developed for cutting profile and solid materials made of aluminium castings, copper, and hard plastics. An automatic material feed and automatic cutting operation make it ideal for fast and precise series production! Material feed is up to 700 mm per stroke. Multiple strokes for longer sections can be easily set via the operator panel. The main clamping vise secures the material with two horizontal and two vertical pneumatic clamps, while the material feed unit clamps with one horizontal and one vertical cylinder. Both cutting and feed speeds can be adjusted to match the material via the large, clearly laid out operator panel! The machine features mechanical stroke height adjustment, with a maximum cutting height of 100 mm. A large safety cover completely encloses the working area and can be raised pneumatically at the push of a button! A compressed air spray gun for cleaning the machine comes as standard with the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit. The machine is equipped with ports for a chip extraction system. This machine comes with the vertical drilling unit TR 14 (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12). The drilling unit is integrated into the aluminium circular saw’s cycle control.
