The uniqueness of the W2-C model lies in its dual configuration (2 x 200L), allowing simultaneous operation of two standard meat carts. This solution doubles the output at the loading station, enabling continuous and smooth raw material dispensing – while one cart is being emptied, the other can be prepared for lifting, or the machine may mix two different batches of material simultaneously during discharge.

The tipping process is carried out in a controlled and safe manner. The rotation angle of the gripping cradle has been designed to ensure complete, 100% emptying of the cart, even with dense, sticky, or highly chilled meat mixes and masses. The entire operation is controlled by an ergonomic and intuitive control panel, guaranteeing maximum operator safety at the workstation.
