CNC hydraulic automatic bandsaw for cutting angles from 0° to 60° to the right, fully compliant with all CE safety regulations.

The equipment features 9 programs, each consisting of 99 steps, for a total of approximately 890 cutting positions with integrated piece counter.

Operation: Material is fed forward.

Fixed vice closing.

Blade rotation and emulsifiable coolant delivery, bow descent until the cut is complete, and feeder carriage return to the pre-set position.

Bow returns, blade rotation and coolant delivery stop.

Fixed vice opening.

Cycle repeats.
