PRODUCT FEATURES
The Maggi MS704 is a multi-spindle drilling machine designed for rapid production of bespoke furniture.
The MS704 is a compact machine ideal for carrying out the complete manufacturing process—from cabinet drilling to fitting flap fronts and system drawers of any brand.
With this drilling machine, all required holes can be precisely made using any technology: confirmat, dowels, connectors, holes for runners, supports, hinge cups, and mounting holes for slides and actuators.
The working table width is 740mm without removing the side fences, allowing easy drilling of components for deep custom cabinetry. The machine features a patented 1500mm positioning rail enabling work independently from the 32mm system, and supports processing materials up to 3000mm in length.
The innovative furniture component drilling concept enables fast material machining with no need for machine retooling. The positioning rail is a fixed element of the device.
Unlike conventional drills, the main operational axis is perpendicular to the spindle head, rather than parallel.
The MS704 also features an adjustable clamping beam height, allowing processing of materials up to 200mm thick.
The clamps are powered by independent circuits and are fitted with safety valves to allow deactivation of one clamp when processing smaller components.
The MS704 is equipped as standard with a drill bit holder and a complete set of spacers for precise parallel alignment to the spindle head axis.
