The Kaltenbach M150 length measuring system (measuring carriage), together with the T13 conveyor system, is designed for profile lengths up to 18 meters. The comprehensive handling system for profile steel transport also features cross-conveyors for transverse movement of material on both the infeed and outfeed sides. The CNC control system along with Kaltenbach Profiline III software enables data processing in DSTV and DXF formats. The entire plant features an ergonomic working height of 640 mm from the material plane to the top edge of the floor, providing the operator with excellent overview and accessibility.
