Overview

This dual-lane automatic fish filleting machine, model: Maja DFS 4365/PA, was manufactured in Germany in 2011. The two-lane skinning machine DFS 4365 is designed for fully automatic skinning of fish fillets on two independently controlled skinning systems. It offers fish processors greater flexibility, as two different skinning methods can be performed simultaneously, increasing machine capacity by 50% (approx. 1.5 tons of salmon fillets/hour). There is only one conveyor belt but two knife holders, allowing both sides to be filleted at the same time. Both skinning systems can be configured independently according to the processor’s requirements. Downward pressure on the product is applied by adjustable air-filled rollers, ensuring effective yet gentle handling of the fillets. If required, a water spray system can be activated for rinsing scales from the tooth roller. Guide rails ensure a perfect infeed position of the fillets. High infeed protection.
