Mixing Drum
- Horizontal cylindrical mixing drum
- End walls bolted to the drum

Mixing System
- Mixing tools configured as ploughshares or angled blades, bolted to the arms via mounting pockets

- Shaft supported in roller bearing flange housings located outside the mixer

Sealing
- Shaft sealing via easily replaceable packing glands, with air purge for packing glands

Feeding
- 2 nozzles with flange, according to specification sheet

Ventilation
- Via 1 nozzle with flange as per specification sheet
- Including filter bag with holder and welded-in protective screen

Discharge
- Via dead-space-free closing flap, pneumatically operated
- 1 discharge nozzle with flange, as per specification sheet

Liquid Addition Option

Inspection and Cleaning
- Via 1 flap at the front of the drum (1700 x 550 mm)

- Flap secured with quick-release fastener
- Operational and accident protection through interlock magnet and limit switch (not wired)
