Townsend SK 15-320 Skinner is a conveyor-type skinning machine designed for removing pork skins from applications such as bellies, jowls, back fat, slices, and other pork by-products. This versatile skinner can also be used for flat, heavy beef applications where removal of large amounts of fat is also required.
