Optional:

Optionally available with a buffer tank (positioned above the pasteurizer) connected to the pasteurizing unit. The buffer tank control is fully automated and communicates directly with the pasteurizer. If the juice withdrawal rate is too low, the system will automatically switch off temporarily until withdrawal resumes. Juice can be drawn either via the bottle filling line or in combination with our Bag in Box filling system BB TOP 180. Both fillers can be operated simultaneously.
