The modular cutting optimization program with barcode labelling provides maximum process reliability. The saw carriage is guided, together with the main and scorer saw units, on a hardened and ground round bar guide system. For extremely smooth operation of the saw carriage at cutting speeds from 5 to 100 meters per minute, the highly precise drive via rack and pinion system is used. High-end cut edges are achieved by the automatic cutting height adjustment for optimal saw blade entry angle and the superior smooth running of the saw carriage. The double measurement system guarantees the highest repeat accuracy. The pressure beam opens depending on material height, minimizing material handling time. The "Greenline Package" with controlled extraction gates and direct motor control can reduce energy consumption by up to 30%.
