Maximum precision and high cutting heights combined with rapid feed speeds – this is only possible with an uncompromisingly stable gantry design. This uncompromising quality is achieved by using a proven tubular frame construction. Our experienced staff weld thick-walled steel tubes together over many hours of meticulous work to create a complex frame structure. This forms the solid foundation for the high-precision linear guides, along which the saw carriage, weighing several hundred kilograms, will later move.

Perfect machine size for your workshop: 3200 x 3200 mm
The machine can process workpieces up to 3200 mm in length and width. This means the saw carriage can perform cuts up to 3200 mm long, and the material pusher can be adjusted up to 3200 mm to the cutting line.

Automatic cutting height adjustment up to 118 mm
The powerful motor drives the saw blade through material at cutting heights up to 118 mm. For optimal cutting geometry, the saw blade should protrude approximately 10 mm above the workpiece, optimizing energy consumption, noise emissions, and blade longevity. This key benefit is standard on all our machines, which feature automatic cutting height adjustment. The machine detects workpiece thickness and automatically adjusts the saw blade height accordingly.

Even when cutting multiple boards in a stack, the saw blade must deliver consistently high performance. That’s why we equip our saw with a robust 18 kW (24.5 HP) main saw motor.

Motorized, infinitely variable cutting height control with grooving function
Using a positioning drive, the entire saw unit can be raised or lowered automatically to a set height, increasing production versatility and ensuring highly precise grooves. Settings are made directly at the operator terminal.
