The A220-PD assembly system is a stationary manual workstation designed for the processing of press-in fasteners.
Intended Use:
The machine is used to press-in fasteners.
The operator manually inserts the relevant screws, plastic nuts, and the part to be processed into the machine.
The pressing process is then started by the operator via a footswitch.
The pressing procedure runs automatically.

Press-in nut, rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-in bolt, punch bolt / rivet bolt

Operating Modes:
The operating modes can be selected via the control panel.
Automatic mode:
Pressing of fasteners is performed in automatic mode.
Movements are only activated when the operator actuates the foot pedal, thereby starting the pressing process.

In manual mode, setup tasks can be carried out on the machine.
In this mode, movements can be activated individually.
