The simple yet efficient and safe solution for high-speed cutting of solid bars up to 65 mm diameter.

MAXIMUM PRECISION
- The hydraulic lifting system of the bar loader prevents the bar from touching the surfaces of the cutting vice during material feed, preserving both the vice and the surface of the bar.
- After each cut, the bar loader automatically retracts, preventing the bar from making contact with the saw blade as the head rises. This protects both the material surface and the carbide teeth of the saw blade.
- Carbide blade guide strips ensure cutting tolerances are maintained.

GUARANTEED PRODUCTION PERFORMANCE
- The saw head feed driven by a servomotor on linear guides with preloaded recirculating ball bearings and the electromagnetic clutch reduce mechanical vibrations during cutting and increase saw blade service life.
- The feed system features a 500 mm stroke, is repeatable and suitable for all lengths. It can also be lowered to facilitate loading of irregular bars.
- The two-position swiveling workpiece discharge system automatically separates end trim and scrap from produced workpieces, optimizing the production process.
