Beam height range: 70mm–500mm, max. beam length: 13,700mm, flange width: 120mm/150mm, flange thickness range: 5mm–20mm, web plate thickness range: 3mm–10mm, clear width: 85mm–500mm, web offset at 15° transition: 50mm.

1) Welding system: track length: 20m, rotator: 0°–45°, total clamping and tack area: 14,300mm, guide spacing: 500mm, roller conveyor height: 800mm, welding process: MIG/MAG pulse arc, travel speed: 6m/min, vertical stroke: 800mm, horizontal stroke: 2x270mm, power sources: 2x HighPulse 550 RS, torches: MSB 400W.

2) Tack welding device: tack position: 45°, max. changeover time: 10min.
