DESCRIPTION OF THE MACHINE

MACHINE: Electrically driven press with a pressing force of 50,000 N
The machine is designed for pressing bearings and rubber seals.
It consists of a welded L-shaped frame.
A movable press table is located on the horizontal arm and can be manually positioned on linear guides.
In the forward position, the table can be locked manually using a spring-loaded pin.
In the working position (under the press head), the table is locked automatically by a pneumatic cylinder.
The press head may only be lowered in this position using two-hand control.
The control panel is equipped with two-hand switches, emergency stop switch,
table lowering button, and force selectors 1, 2.
Force can be adjusted via potentiometers in the control cabinet. Two force levels and the corresponding press speed can be set there.
The press head travels along the vertical arm of the press.
It also moves on linear guides. The head is driven by a leadscrew, which is powered by an electric motor with gearbox via pulleys and a toothed belt.
The entire machine is mounted on a table made of aluminum profiles.
