Functional Description / Scope of Supply:

- Infeed of longitudinal lamellas: loading – singling
- Infeed of transverse lamellas: loading – vacuum destacking – infeed planing machine
- Formation and buffering of longitudinal layers: preparation of longitudinal layers and take-off station
- Formation and buffering of cross layers: two-level cross-layer buffer – cross-layer take-off station
- Placement and gluing section: vacuum lay-up gantry – adhesive application gantry – lay-up table
- CLT press: TimberPress X331
- Outfeed section after CLT press: cross-transfer carriage to buffer stations, Reichenbacher unit and take-off station with turning device
- Reichenbacher CNC machining center
