SMART SHREDDING TECHNOLOGY & ADVANTAGES
• Single Rotor – Maximum Control: Custom-designed, high alloy, wear-resistant steel blades mounted on a rugged single shaft ensure aggressive material intake and effective shredding of various material streams.
• Programmable Hydraulic Pusher: An intelligent hydraulic feed system continuously presses the material against the rotor, optimizing throughput and preventing idle times.
• Automatic Anti-Blocking System: In case of overload or blockage, the rotor automatically reverses direction. This protects the machine and ensures uninterrupted operation.
• Screen-Controlled Output Size: A sturdy screen beneath the rotor determines final particle size. Material remains in the chamber until it reaches the required dimensions, guaranteeing a homogeneous output.
