MKN Optima 850 Gasausführung

This listing is for a 190-liter rectangular boiling pan, gas version, from the premium manufacturer MKN, model Optima 850 (10018809). The unit can be easily drained via a safety drain valve. The boiling pan features a thermostatic temperature controller, automatic operating water monitoring and replenishment, and is continuously ready for operation. The rapid steam system (Vapro) enables a short heating-up time, and the double-jacketed pan with a separate (integrated & maintenance-free) steam generator ensures low energy and water consumption while providing high efficiency for fast heat-up. The unit has undergone a new inspection in our in-house workshop and is fully functional. The boiling pan is in good used condition.

The boiling pan will be available from calendar week 15.
