The Mobylift TC is specifically designed for furniture manufacturers and interior fitters to lift panels from a stack or remove them from a rack and place them onto a table saw, vertical or horizontal panel saw, or CNC machine.

It is easy to operate, reduces the number of damaged products, increases productivity, prevents back problems, and thus reduces potential work absences due to illness.

The chassis consists of a frame housing the counterweights, the 24 V AGM battery system, and the lifting arm of the electric lifting and tilting system.

The automatically operating vacuum unit is mounted on the extension arm.

A rotating and swiveling head enables the vacuum unit to be rotated and swiveled into various positions manually.

This head is equipped with a quick-lock system, which allows both rotation and swiveling to be locked, so products do not need to be held additionally during transport.

The automatic vacuum unit consists of a frame and extendable arms fitted with six robust suction cups.

The vacuum system is integrated in the vacuum unit and maintains its own pressure once switched on.

The electric lifting and tipping system can be controlled via wireless remote control.

Suitable for non-porous and porous materials, such as raw and coated chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.
