The numerically controlled machining center is equipped with a comprehensive range of tools for milling and drilling, meeting all requirements in the woodworking sector.
- Powerful drilling unit with spindles running at 8,000 rpm and cutting-edge technology: the most robust spindle available on the market, providing over 1,000 maintenance-free operating hours.
- Enhanced and extensively equipped: suction cups can be configured and excluded with the TV FLEX worktable, allowing the machine to be optimally set up for your specific needs.
- Easier and more intuitive programming thanks to integrated Cad-Cam MAESTRO CNC software.
- User-friendly operation: the lowered frame design provides easy accessibility to the worktable at all times, with the control cabinet and vacuum pump fully integrated; in the PRO SPACE configuration, there are no safety barriers required.
Supporting Structure
The supporting structure consists of an exceptionally robust, monolithic steel base—heavily ribbed and highly rigid. Its extra-wide support surface is specifically designed for maximum machine stability, delivering consistent precision regardless of operating conditions. The machine does not require anchoring to the floor. The base forms a large and solid support for the moving gantry: the working unit is mounted on a balanced, stable, and resilient foundation that withstands even the highest mechanical loads, ensuring superior performance and greater accuracy.
The moving gantry is a solid single component anchored to the base, moving on high-quality prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings. The working unit is mounted on this gantry and travels along the Y and Z axes on similar prismatic guides with recirculating ball bearings.
Movement of the lower movable unit (X-axis) and the working unit along the beam (Y-axis) is achieved through helical rack and pinion transmission. This provides greater tooth engagement, resulting in higher acceleration and faster movement along the X and Y axes. The specifically designed helical gearing minimizes mechanical wear and significantly reduces operating noise.
The vertical Z-axis is driven by a ball screw, ensuring perfect balance during dynamic load changes, allowing for rapid acceleration and deceleration.
The main milling unit is directly coupled to the Z-axis carriage, guaranteeing high quality surface finishing by eliminating any potential vibration.
Movement along X-Y-Z axes is accomplished by brushless motors powered by static inverters. These provide:
- Shorter processing times due to enhanced acceleration

- No referencing required at machine start-up thanks to absolute encoders
- Zero general maintenance for the drive system since the 'brushless' technology means there are no brushes
