For picture frame mouldings and furniture mouldings with rebate. The Morsö FC cuts double mitres of 45° and single mitres up to 90°. In workshop applications, the machine is also suitable for cutting tenons, notches, overlapping mitres, etc. The Morsö FC operates with knives using a pulling cut (not rotating). It works without producing dust. The offcut is discharged away from the machine via a chute.
The Morsö FC is operated via foot pedal and does not require a compressor or electricity, meaning it can be used almost anywhere. The Morsö FC guarantees a perfectly smooth and precise cut, so that profiles can be assembled without further processing. The horizontal movement of the knife head can be adjusted in increments. The vertical movement can be set steplessly with a clamp. The favourable lever ratio of the foot pedal enables very easy operation. Double springs return the knives to their starting position. The adjustable longitudinal stop with measuring scale guarantees precise settings for internal, external, and rebate measurements. The Morsö F Standard comes with: safety shield, offcut chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, 1500 mm measuring scale, adjustable stops (45° - 90°), and adjustable rebate rests. Thanks to a special lever mechanism, only minimal pressure is required. The knives are made from finest, hardened, high-quality steel.
