Mitre and Mullion Notching Machine MODEL FC

For picture frame mouldings and furniture mouldings with rebate. The Morsø FC cuts double mitres of 45° and single mitres up to 90°.

In craft applications, the machine is also highly suitable for cutting tenons, notches, half-laps, etc.

The Morsø FC operates with guillotine action knives (non-rotating). It operates dust-free.

Cut-off waste is discharged away from the machine via a chute.

Morsø FC is operated by a foot pedal and requires neither compressor nor electricity, meaning you can work virtually anywhere with the Morsø FC.

The Morsø FC guarantees a perfectly smooth, precise cut, enabling the moulding sections to be joined without further finishing.

The horizontal movement of the knife head is adjustable in increments.
The vertical movement can be finely adjusted using a stepless clamp.
The optimised leverage of the foot pedal ensures very easy operation.
Dual return springs automatically raise the knives to the starting position.

The sliding length stop with measuring scale guarantees precise adjustment for internal, external, and rebate dimensions.

Morsø F standard equipment includes: safety guard, waste chute, sliding length stop, 1,500 mm measuring scale, adjustable stops (45°-90°), and adjustable rebate supports.

Thanks to a special lever transmission, only minimal pressure is needed.
The knives are manufactured from high-grade, hardened quality steel.
