Morsø H Semi-automatic Pneumatic Mitre Guillotine – Dust Free – Noise Free.

Designed for picture mouldings and furniture mouldings with rebate, the Morsø H cuts double mitres at 45° and single mitres up to 90°.

In workshop use, the machine is also ideal for cutting tenons, notches, lapped mitres, etc.

The Morsø H operates with knives in a pulling (non-rotating) action. It works without producing any dust. Waste is discharged away from the machine via a chute.

Operation is by foot pedal and only requires a compressor. The Morsø H guarantees a perfectly smooth and accurate cut, allowing moulding pieces to be joined without further processing.

The horizontal movement of the cutter head is adjustable in steps. The vertical movement can be set via a stepless clamp.

The Morsø H operates on the same simple principle as the MORSØ-F, but is pneumatic. The Morsø H comes equipped with two-hand operation as standard. The pneumatic cylinder replaces the foot pedal, smoothly drawing the knives through the material in one easy operation.

Morsø H Standard includes: safety shield, two-hand operation, waste chute, adjustable longitudinal stop, measuring scale up to 1,500 mm, adjustable stops (45°–90°), and adjustable rebate supports.
