1) Bale Breaker MHB:

Including frequency inverter (controls the speed of the scraper floor).

The bales are placed on the scraper floor and the cutter head feed is switched on. The cutter head tines tear the straw from the bale and throw it into the hopper. Ideally, this machine is combined with a straw shredder.

Up to a maximum of 600 kg per hour (depending on the installed sieve size in the straw mill, kW rating of the straw mill). Without a straw mill, the bale breaker can process up to 900 kg/hr of straw.

Description:
muetek bale breaker was developed for processing round and square bales of hay and straw. The attached shredder processes straw from all types of cereal crops, hay, corn, and miscanthus. muetek machines from the MHZ/MHB series are characterized by their robust design and heavy-duty construction.

muetek bale breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor onto which the bale is placed using a front loader. The support is adjustable depending on the type of bale.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the cutter rotor; the feed speed is adjustable. The cutter rotor is fitted with multiple teeth which rip open the straw bale. The separated straw is then discharged.
