Single-Punch Tablet Press Model CPR1

The CPR 1 benchtop press is a single-punch machine for tablet production.
Powder is filled into a hopper and guided through a stainless steel tube from the hopper into the die.

The adjustable punch compresses the powder, and the finished tablet is then ejected from the machine.
The machine operates with continuous motion via cam discs (eccentric discs).
It features a control panel equipped with a tablet counter.
Production capacity is up to 3,000 tablets per hour.
The tablet press can be fitted with round, oblong, or oval tooling. Changing the punch tooling is quick and easy.
All product-contact parts are made of AISI 316 stainless steel.
