The NESS installation is an advanced smoking system enabling a complete technological process: smoking, cooking, cooling, and drying. The chambers are equipped with independent control cabinets with the Digitronic RF3 D-N system, providing precise management of process parameters. The Duschmatic cooling shower allows for fast and uniform cooling of products after smoking. The wood chip smoke generator and the condensate system with Grundfos pumps ensure reliable and hygienic operation of the entire setup.
