The DM1100 2C rounds both the upper and lower edges of metal parts, starting from a minimum size of 150 mm up to a length of 1100 mm, all IN A SINGLE PASS.
The first station processes the parts from below using two counter-rotating cross belts, while the second station processes the parts from above also using two counter-rotating cross belts. Thanks to these cross belts, both internal and external edges of the parts are rounded.

Sharp edges on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum parts—produced by laser, punch presses, or shearing processes—are removed effectively.
Simultaneous processing of both sides of laser-cut or punched metal parts saves time and reduces production costs.
Another key advantage of the DM1100 2C is its capability to process small parts from 50 mm onwards. By folding up a table, the rotation direction of the upper conveyor belt is automatically reversed, and the gap of the first processing station is bridged, so that parts go directly into the second station. This means small parts sized from 50 mm up to 150 mm can then be processed on one side only.
An additional positive feature of this machine is its ability to round parts with protective surface film without damaging the film.
