Kondisi: baru, DM100 Z2C – carries out edge rounding and removes sharp burrs from both internal and external edges of steel, stainless steel or aluminum parts after laser, shear or punch cutting, for metal parts ranging from 50 x 50 mm up to 1100 x 100 mm. The first station processes the products with a contact roller (approx. 55° Shore hardness) using an abrasive belt, efficiently removing heavy burrs in the initial step. The second station processes the products with two pairs of counter-rotating cross belts—one from below and one from above. The cross belts round off both internal and external edges of the workpieces. A major advantage is the deburring of products with protective surface film, as only the edges are processed without damaging the film.
