BREWERIES & DISTILLERIES Sp. z o.o. has many years of experience in providing professional consulting, designing, and implementing beer and distillate production lines. We produce private label brands for our clients and offer automated drink dispensing systems.

To date, we have designed and implemented 28 craft breweries, 3 craft distilleries, produced over 200 private label craft alcohol brands for our clients, and installed 30 DRINK WALL automated beverage dispensing systems in hotels and restaurants across Poland.

We would like to offer you a used SALM brewpub brewery. Since 1924, SALM has continuously manufactured complete brewing systems. The brewery was produced in 2023 for a Bucharest-based client and has only brewed five batches so far, which qualifies it as practically brand new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Please find the full technical specification below:

Annual production capacity: 1,100 hl of beer
1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, stainless steel, built in an A-shape design, fully automated with Salm Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 pc.
2. Mash tun and lauter tun with cylindrical copper cladding.
3. Brewhouse platforms, made of stainless steel – 2 pcs.
4. External wort heating kettle with atmospheric gas burner, fueled by natural gas or propane – 1 pc.
5. Steam condenser for brewhouse, mash tun, and lauter tun, made of stainless steel with built-in injection condenser and fan for odorless operation and DMS removal – 1 pc.
6. Two-roller malt mill – 1 pc.
7. Wort cooler – 1 pc.
8. Municipal water cooler for water above 10°C – 1 pc.
