BROWARY & DESTYLARNIE Sp. z o.o. has been providing professional consulting, design, and implementation of beer and spirits production lines for many years. We produce private label brands for our clients and also offer automated drink vending systems.

In Poland, to date, we have designed and implemented 28 craft breweries and 3 craft distilleries. For our clients, we have produced over 200 private labels of craft spirits and have installed 30 automated drink vending systems (DRINK WALL) in hotels and restaurants.

We are pleased to offer you a used SALM brewpub brewery. Since 1924, SALM has been manufacturing complete brewing installations. The brewery was built in 2023 for a customer in Bucharest and has only brewed five batches to date; therefore, we can consider the offered installation practically as new! The brewery is in perfect technical and visual condition. Below is the full technical specification:

Annual production capacity: 1,100 hl/beer
1. Two-vessel brewhouse, 5.5 hl, A-frame, stainless steel with SALM Brewmatic 02 computer control – 1 unit.
2. Copper cladding on the mash tun and lauter tun (cylindrical section).
3. Brewhouse platforms made of stainless steel – 2 units.
4. External wort heating kettle with atmospheric gas burner (natural gas or propane) – 1 unit.
5. Stainless steel vapour condenser for brewhouse, mash tun, and lauter tun, with built-in injection condenser and fan for odourless operation and DMS removal – 1 unit.
6. Two-roller malt mill – 1 unit.
7. Two-stage wort cooler – 1 unit.
8. Automatic mains water chiller, activated at water temperature above 10°C – 1 unit.
9. Stainless steel whirlpool sedimentation tank (Whirlpool) – 1 unit.
