Blasting container for blasting with glass beads, ceramic, corundum, chilled iron grit, garnet sand, etc. Blasting container featuring a full-coverage screw conveyor floor and genuine abrasive media recycling system.

No sweeping, vacuuming, or shoveling of blasting media inside the blasting chamber during the processing of your workpieces thanks to our circulation system.

Abrasive cleaner with four-way adjustable air flow/velocity, extraction proximity to abrasive, and abrasive bed height settings. Electric vibrating sieve for continuous coarse separation. Bucket elevator with trapezoidal thread spindle for belt tensioning and speed monitoring. The container is lined with 70 Shore 4 mm fabric-reinforced rubber for a service life of up to 30 years when used properly. The container can be fully opened on the side for easy forklift loading. Upgradable options include a crane roof hatch, floor reinforcement, and lateral blast chamber extension. When blasting stainless steel, the container can be fitted with a true magnetic drawer or a drum-type magnetic separator, as well as a stainless steel grating. Filter unit features easy-maintenance doors, big bag dust discharge, H13/14 final-stage filter, and silencer. Blast pot equipped with pressure regulator and water separator.

The container is characterized by its reliability and easy maintenance. All system components are easily accessible at the rear of the container. Only 4 ball bearings in the screw conveyor floor and 4 ball bearings in the bucket elevator.

Special warranty: 5 years on essential parts of the blasting unit is included.

Safety features: Door/gate limit switches, dead man’s control, emergency lighting, viewing window in blast chamber, emergency stop inside the blast room and external control cabinet, quick-release pressure vessel venting.
