New deburring drum or deburring machine for safe and efficient deburring of workpieces.

Hexagonal drum lined with 36 mm abrasion-resistant, vulcanised rubber, shutter for protection against the rotating container, robust design, easy to operate. Control panel with timer, hour counter, main switch, emergency stop and signal light. The maximum filling level is 40% of the container volume and corresponds to 300 kg, consisting of 200 kg of workpieces plus 100 kg of deburring media = high-manganese steel balls or cast iron pentagons. These are available from Sideros: high-manganese steel balls per 100 kg €400, cast iron pentagons per 100 kg €950.

The manufacturer recommends sending approx. 100 kg of sample parts for testing to the factory in Italy before placing an order, in order to ensure optimal deburring results. Otherwise, the manufacturer does not assume responsibility for the deburring result.

Warranty: 12 months for single-shift operation. In case of spare part shipment, defective parts must be returned. Machine downtimes are not covered.
