Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers, suitable for polyvinyl acetate (PVAC), urea-formaldehyde (UF), and polyurethane adhesives for various types of materials such as MDF, multiplex, particle board, composites, and gypsum plasterboard.

This type of gluing machine enables precise and homogeneous dosing of glue, taking into account the corrugation of the rollers, which must be appropriate for the type of production. The heavy-duty frame and core of the rollers, manufactured with greater wall thickness compared to earlier models, allow for high production throughput without any particular problems and enable bonding of materials up to 2,200 mm in width. Roller removal for maintenance is a simple process, as the supports can be separated into two halves using a simple bayonet coupling.

The gluing machine can also be equipped with various optional features such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller washing system, and automatic upper roller lift with position indicator on the display.

The S4R/P glue machine is used for a variety of manufacturing applications, including in the construction sector and for the production of foam panels and mattresses.
