The OSI Machinerie self-centering planer (SCP) optimally utilizes every single board, regardless of type or severity of defects (bowed, twisted, warped, cracked), significantly increasing yield.
The SCP-450 ensures 100% thickness accuracy for all processed elements.
It planes the same thickness from both sides of the material. Independent suspension ensures optimal calibration for precise planing. This patented solution eliminates jamming and downtime.
