The "DCO Otinus" series dust extractor is a high-quality solution for industrial high-pressure extraction systems. Driven by a SIEMENS brand motor, the unit generates a static pressure to remove air contaminated with dust and harmful fumes from the processing area. The filtration process consists of several stages. In the first phase, the air directed into the unit flows through a deflector, which reduces its speed and causes the coarsest particles to fall into the collection chamber. Smaller particles are transported into the filter section equipped with ultra-dense cartridges from reputable manufacturers (H&V, Ahlstrom, TORAY). Particles are retained there, and the purified air is routed to further installation sections. Dust particles accumulated on the filters are easily removed by pulse-jet compressed air cleaning, controlled by solenoid valves and additionally supported by microscopic filter vibrations. This solution significantly extends the service life of the filter cartridges and improves the quality of the purified air. The particles pass from the filters into the collection chamber, from which they can be easily and quickly removed.
