Construction
Thanks to its welded construction on heavy-duty legs, the machine offers excellent stability. High head movement speeds and precision are ensured by Japanese Fuji servomotors, mounted on robust linear guides and racks, as well as helical gears.
The ABLS system automatically supplies lubricant to the axis guides.

Control Panel
The fiber laser cutting system features a control panel consisting of a monitor, mouse, and keyboard, facilitating user operation. The computer runs Windows 10 and CypCut software, which provides the following functions:

- Import and export files
- Performance and cutting speed optimization
All installed software includes lifetime licenses.

Wireless Controller
Laser head operation is managed via a wireless controller.

Safety
The fiber laser cutting system is equipped with all required safety features and accessories for operator protection. An additional safety feature is emergency lighting with an acoustic alarm, which is triggered to signal any situation posing a risk to operator safety.

Otinus Academy
This is a continuously expanding e-learning platform developed for Otinus customers. Purchase of this machine includes one year of access to online courses, enabling you to easily train new staff or refresh your knowledge from prior training!

Scope of Delivery
A 2-day operator training course and machine installation are included:
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours) – Commissioning and control system training
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours) – Independent operation on the machine under the supervision of our technician – possibility to program specific parts.
