A 3-day training and machine installation
- Days 1 and 2, up to 8 hours each – commissioning and training on the control system
- Day 3, up to 8 hours – independent operation of the machine under the supervision of our technician, including programming of specific details.
Expert consultations
- By phone: from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat) – an 8-hour support package, to be used within 12 months.
- Online: from 7:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (Mon-Fri) – an 8-hour support package, to be used within 12 months.
