Operation
Thanks to the revolutionary welding system, any operator can achieve excellent results after a short training period. The cable allows the welder to work freely in multiple locations without moving the device. The small heat-affected zone prevents excessive distortion. The weld seam is produced quickly and efficiently, ensuring a strong and reliable welded joint.

Design
The torch cable offers generous freedom of movement and facilitates welding in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to use. The device is equipped with a powerful cooling system, which allows for reliable operation under harsh three-shift working conditions.

Operating principle
The laser welding machine melts the welding wire and the edges of the workpieces using laser heat. The beam is focused and directed at the welding wire, which is fed automatically to the joint area. For welding, the torch must be guided along the weld seam at a speed matching the wire feed rate while the trigger is pressed. A constant operating temperature of the laser source and torch is maintained by a water-cooling circuit. Both laser output and cooling are managed by a controller that regulates the parameters according to the operator’s settings.
