Design
The gun cable offers maximum freedom of movement and facilitates welding in various positions. The integrated controller with a large, clear display is intuitive to operate. The unit is equipped with a high-performance cooling system, allowing continuous use under demanding conditions, including three-shift operation.

Operating Principle
The laser welding machine uses laser heat to melt the welding wire and the edges of the parts to be joined. The beam is focused and directed at the welding wire, which is fed via the wire feeder, and the contact area. When the trigger is pressed, the welding gun must be guided along the weld line in accordance with the wire feed speed. A constant operating temperature for the laser source and gun is maintained by a water-cooled system. The beam power and cooling are controlled by a controller that monitors parameters according to user settings.
