A 2-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours): Commissioning and training on the control system
- Day 2 (up to 8 hours): Hands-on operation under the supervision of our technician – including programming of specific components
Telephone support by a specialist
- Available Mon–Sat, 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. – includes an 8-hour consulting package, to be used within 12 months
Complimentary rental of transport rollers and two jacks to facilitate machine installation at the customer’s site. Rollers and jacks are provided upon request (at least 7 days prior to delivery).

Terms of Cooperation
- 24-month warranty period
- Delivery time: approximately 6–8 weeks
