The SQUALO 515 single-shaft multi-blade or multi-rip circular saw, in the LM version, is distinguished by its advanced mobile blade system. The machine is equipped with motorized feed rollers on the worktable and top motorized pressure rollers, ensuring effective all-wheel drive for precise and consistent material transport.

In the LM (Mobile Blades) configuration, the cutting unit consists of one fixed blade and a variable number of one to three mobile blades. These mobile blades can be dynamically positioned to accommodate various trimming and multiple cutting requirements.

A distinctive feature of this model is the possibility to expand its cutting capacity: by using special spacers, the number of blades used simultaneously can be increased up to six. It is important to note that the blades mounted on these special spacers operate at a predetermined fixed distance, allowing for the efficient production of components with standardized widths. This versatility enables the machine to seamlessly switch from operations requiring flexible blade positioning to serial production with fixed cutting intervals.
