A 2-day training and machine installation
- Day one (up to 8 hours): Installation and operator training on the control system.
- Day two (up to 8 hours): Independent operation of the machine under the supervision of our technician → Opportunity to program specific parts to be produced by the customer.
Telephone consultations with an Otinus specialist
From 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Mon-Sat) – 8-hour package (to be used within 12 months)

Terms of Cooperation
- 24 months warranty coverage.
- Preparation and lead time: approx. 6–8 weeks. Not applicable for machines marked as "available from stock".
- The machine is brand new.
- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller.
- The customer is responsible for the machine as soon as it is unloaded and transported on their company premises.
