Scope of delivery includes:
1-day operator training and commissioning
- Day 1 (up to 8 hours): Commissioning and training in machine control.
Telephone support by a specialist
- From 7:30 to 21:00 (Mon–Sat) – an 8-hour package to be used within 12 months.
Free rental of roller skates and two lifters for easier placement of the machine at the customer’s site. Rollers and jacks are provided upon prior request (at least 7 days before machine delivery).

Terms of cooperation
- 24-month warranty period.
- Delivery time: approx. 10–12 weeks. This does not apply if the machine is marked as available from stock.
- The machine is brand new.
- Warranty and post-warranty service provided by the seller.
- The customer is responsible for the machine during unloading and transportation on their premises.
