is organizing a public auction, with ascending bids, for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.
The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the headquarters of DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L., Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. In case the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the official liquidator will schedule an open house on 04.02.2026, between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the official liquidator and express their intention to participate, prior to the scheduled date.

In case of awarding the asset, the official liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded asset. The conversion of the price into RON will be made at the BNR exchange rate on the date the invoice is issued.
The auction increment is 5% of the starting price.

The bidding documentation (Information Pack) for participating in the auction will be prepared by the official liquidator, in accordance with standard industry practice, and will include the auction regulations. It will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 RON + VAT. It may be purchased at the liquidator’s office or ordered by phone, with subsequent transmission via e-mail.

The participation guarantee is 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documents for the auction, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the official liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the sale price for the awarded participant, and will be refunded to those not declared winners.

In the case of equal final bids, the winner will be the person who commits to pay the entire price in the shortest time frame.

The deadline for paying the sale price is 5 business days from the moment of awarding. If the remainder of the price is not paid, the winner will lose the deposit submitted as a guarantee and will no longer be eligible to participate in future auctions organized.
