Deskripsi
At the heart of the device is a self-priming rotary lobe pump manufactured by the Italian company ROVER POMPE SNC, featuring NOVAX technology. This high-efficiency pump is equipped with a star-shaped rotor allowing for bi-directional liquid flow. Its unique hydraulic design allows the pump to operate efficiently even in the presence of air bubbles, ensuring continuous and stable operation. All surfaces in contact with liquids are precisely machined, enhancing both their chemical and mechanical resistance, while also ensuring food safety.
The pump delivers fluid to the filter block, in which the filter plates are housed. The system can accommodate 6 to 10 filter elements, increasing filtration capacity. The plates are arranged in parallel to maximize impurity removal efficiency. For optimal vegetable oil filtration, filters with a 45-micron pore size are recommended, and maintaining the oil temperature at around 35 °C is advised for improved flow and cleansing.
A pressure gauge is located before the filter block, allowing users to monitor pressure and evaluate the condition of the filter elements. A significant increase in pressure indicates that the filters need replacement. The FP-10 set allows the hose between the pump and filter block to be detached, enabling the pump to also be used for other fluid transfer tasks.
The FP-10 is a reliable device for small-batch liquid filtration, combining performance, user-friendliness, and high build quality.
