The CNC 1020 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials, including wood, wood-based products (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our CNC machine is 1000 x 2000 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase it up to 400 mm.

DRIVES:
Our machines are equipped with high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and travel speeds in all directions. The X and Y axes utilize proven helical racks for durability and precision, while the Z axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is driven by a powerful, liquid-cooled, high-class brushless spindle. The spindle is set on high-quality machine bearings, ensuring quiet operation and above-average durability. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. The spindle is powered by an inverter with a power output exceeding the spindle’s, preventing speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is supplied with the latest version of professional CAD/CAM software, allowing for quick and easy design of components. The software then converts projects into G-code. Importing ready-made files from other programs is also supported.

CONTROL:
The machine is operated via a controller equipped with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller includes an active vector analysis function, providing smooth operation and minimal machining error. In case of a power outage, the controller supports job resume, eliminating the need to restart the program. Built-in memory allows the machine to operate without the need to reload programs each time.
