CNC Milling Plotter 1325 SPECIAL is a high-precision machine manufactured in Poland, designed for processing a wide range of engineering materials, such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is made entirely of high-quality steel. During the manufacturing process, all components undergo special thermal treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The effective working area of our CNC machine is 1300 x 2500 mm, while the entire work table, manufactured using T-slot technology, measures approximately 1400 x 3000 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with an option to increase to 400 mm upon request.

DRIVES:
Our CNC routers are powered by high-resolution, high-torque digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and high travel speeds in all directions. The X and Y axes use classic, proven helical racks for outstanding durability and precision, while the Z-axis drive employs a high-grade ball screw. All axes move along linear rail guides for maximum accuracy and longevity.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, water-cooled, and durable high-class brushless spindle. The spindle is fitted with premium machine bearings, which are exceptionally quiet and offer above-average service life. The spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. Power is supplied via a frequency inverter with a higher output than the spindle's rated power, preventing speed drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine comes equipped with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software, enabling fast and easy part design, which is then automatically converted to G-code. The system also supports importing ready-made files from other software suites.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
Operation is carried out via a dedicated controller featuring its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller includes an active vector analysis function for smooth operation and minimal machining deviations. It features a power-loss recovery function, allowing the operator to resume machining without restarting the program. The controller's built-in memory enables machine operation without reloading the program every time.
