The CNC 1520 SPECIAL milling plotter is a precision machine engineered in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (dibond, carbon, alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During production, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The usable working area of our machine tool is 1500 x 2000 mm, and the entire worktable—manufactured with T-slot technology—measures 1600 x 2500 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE & GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis range is 200 mm; however, it can be increased to 400 mm on request.

DRIVES:
Our machines utilize high-resolution, high-power digital motors, ensuring optimal acceleration and speed in all directions. The X and Y axes employ classic and reliable helical racks, offering high durability and precision, while the Z-axis is driven by a high-grade ball screw. All axes move along linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The cutting tool is powered by a robust, liquid-cooled, durable, high-class brushless spindle. The spindle features premium machine bearings, guaranteeing exceptionally quiet operation and above-average lifespan. Spindle speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 RPM. Power is supplied via an inverter, which has a higher capacity than the spindle, preventing RPM drops during heavy-duty operation.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with the latest version of dedicated CAD/CAM software. The software enables quick and easy design of components, which are subsequently converted by the program into G-code. Import of finished files from other software is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The machine is controlled by a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable operation. The controller features active vector analysis, providing smooth operation and minimal machining error. It is equipped with a resume function after power loss, so there's no need to restart the program. Built-in memory allows the machine to operate without reloading the program for each job.
