CNC 2040 SPECIAL Milling Plotter is a precision machine engineered and manufactured in Poland, designed for machining a wide range of engineering materials such as wood, wood-based materials (chipboard, MDF, OSB, etc.), plastics (plexiglass, PVC, HPL, etc.), composites (Dibond, carbon, Alucobond), soft metals, and more.

CONSTRUCTION:
The plotter is constructed entirely from high-quality steel. During the production process, all components undergo specialized heat treatment.

WORKING AREA:
The effective working area of our CNC machine is 2100 x 4100 mm, with the entire worktable (executed in T-slot technology) measuring 2100 x 4100 mm.

Z-AXIS RANGE AND GANTRY CLEARANCE:
The standard Z-axis travel is 200 mm, with the possibility to increase it up to 400 mm upon request.

DRIVES:
Our machines are powered by digital servo motors with high resolution and power, ensuring optimal acceleration and speeds in all directions. The X and Y axes are equipped with robust, proven helical racks, guaranteeing high durability and precision. The Z-axis is driven by a high-quality ball screw. All axes move on linear rail guides.

SPINDLE:
The tool is driven by a high-performance, liquid-cooled, durable brushless spindle. Spindle bearings are top-grade machine bearings, exceptionally quiet and surpassing average durability standards. The spindle rotational speed ranges from 6,000 to 24,000 rpm. Power is supplied via an inverter rated higher than the spindle, protecting against RPM drops under heavy load.

SOFTWARE:
The machine is equipped with up-to-date CAD/CAM software, enabling quick and easy component design and converting designs into G-code. Import of ready-made files from other programs is also possible.

CONTROL SYSTEM:
The plotter is operated via a controller with its own processor and RAM, ensuring stable and reliable performance. The controller enables active vector analysis for smooth movement with minimal processing deviation. It also features power failure recovery, allowing the machine to resume operations without reinitializing the program. The integrated memory allows for repeated use without reloading files each time.
